The soundless gearing does work, this is the quietest vibrator we have seen. Not only is the shaft rotation barely audible, but the clit stim vibration does not have the loud rattle to it that we have experienced with other vibes. The length is 7.5 inches (19cm), with a widest girth of 3.5cm.
A waterproof touch panel on the base controls all the vibrator function. It is very well thought out and easy to use. There are four buttons to select the shaft rotation speed, and the intensity of the clit stimulator vibration. There are another two buttons, one to cycle through the vibration functions, and another for the rotation functions. Dual LED displays indicated the selected function.
